Toy Camera app for the iPhone- vintage warm lens
Saturday mornings are my favorite time of the week. For us it means that Jimmy is home for the weekend, we have no place to be (usually) and a few hours to spend together as a family before I start my work for the day.
For as long as I can remember our Saturday morning ritual begins with a walk through the hills of our neighborhood, followed by breakfast at one of our local cafe's topped off with some shopping at the farmer's market on the walk back home.
It's a time for me to relax my mind and pay attention to what is in front of me which I try and document when I can and have started to post here. We usually take the same route so I try to notice something new each time - it becomes a fun game in a way.
It's still hard for me to take my big camera out and I have zero budget for 600 film to use with my SX-70 (someday). Until that time comes it's been incredibly fun, simple, different and satisfying for me to document some of what I see through the iPhone.
*love* the little glimpses into "your" world xoxo

I LOVE that door. You don't need a 'big' camera to capture beauty.

Family time is the best time :) Phone cam apps are awesome. I haven't used my big camera in a while.
